Ship changes without a new app build

Waiting for App Store review every time you change something would be slow. With Blockli, most updates never need it.

Changes that are live straight away

Your navigation, content, app pages, theme and features are delivered live. Change them in WordPress or Studio and your app picks them up, with no release of any kind.

On-Air releases for app code

When the app’s own code changes, such as bug fixes, interface tweaks, or new screens and flows, an On-Air release sends the update straight to installed apps. Members get it the next time they open the app. That covers roughly 95% of app updates.

To publish one, go to Build → On-Air Release in Studio.

When you do need a new build

Only changes to the native iOS or Android layer, such as adding a native module or SDK, need a full build and a store update. The app icon and splash screen also need a build.
