Build your app by chatting with AI

With the AI App Builder you can set up your Blockli app by describing what you want. Connect an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to your WordPress site, and it can build app pages, set up menus and branding, protect content, start builds, write your store listing and send push notifications.

Safe by design

• Admins only, and only while you’ve switched the AI tools on. They’re off by default.
• Preview first. The assistant shows you the plan and waits for your answer before saving anything.
• A second confirmation for risky changes, such as who can see or pay for something, removing things, starting builds, or sending push notifications.
• No overwriting your work. If a page is open in the editor, or changed since the assistant read it, its change is refused.
• Undo. Every change is kept for 30 days and can be undone.
• No secrets in the chat. The assistant never reads or writes store logins, keys or passwords.

Get started

1. In WordPress, open Blockli → Tools → AI Tools and switch on the AI tools.
2. Connect your assistant. The Build your app with AI course walks through each one.
3. Ask: “Call get-started and tell me about my app.”

You’ll need WordPress 6.9 or newer. Most changes show in the app straight away; the app icon, splash screen and new native features need a new build, and the assistant tells you when.
